영카트 이미지등록이 안될 때

영카트에서 이미지등록이 안될 경우
소유권 문제로 그럴확률이 높다.

/data 폴더 전체를 /public_html 경로에서 chown apache:apache data -R 로 하면 이미지가 등록이 된다.
